How does it work
I’d love to have a conversation with you. Please don’t hesitate to make contact by email or phone so that I can understand how I can best support you as an individual or within your business.
“Having executive coaching with Susie via Zoom is brilliant, no travel time, no negative impact on the environment and if you want you can wear your pyjamas. Totally works for me!”

How does it work?
Executive coaching is a process that helps leaders and managers improve their performance in the workplace. While there are many different executive coaches out there, they all share one common goal: to help their clients reach their full potential. If you’re thinking about hiring an executive coach, you probably have a few questions. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about executive coaching:
Who works with me?
- Individual clients facing challenge with work or personal issues.
- C suite and other leaders who are often isolated at the top.
- Men and women facing new challenges in work and life.
- HR and learning and development; I am brought in to support teams and individuals.
How many sessions will I need?
It is very individual… Some clients will move quickly from goal to goal, others will take their time. But usually it is time-limited with appointments a couple of weeks apart, or weekly for a shorter time-frame.
How long are the sessions?
Each session lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours.
How do I know if you are the right coach for me?
A free ‘chemistry’ call of 20 minutes either by zoom or phone will provide you with the opportunity to hear my voice, see my face and understand how I work. We can discuss my fees and you can decide if I am the person you want to work with.
How and where do we meet?
Zoom
I have found that busy people often require an easier way to connect. So, I use Zoom as a more convenient way to work. Some clients like to meet me first in the flesh so the speak. Others go straight into coaching online.
It works in the same way as coming to my consulting rooms. We make a date and time to meet and then do the work. (Please speak to me about covid compliancy)
Face to face
Some people prefer a safe space away from work or home in which to speak. They use the travel time to and from the sessions to prepare and continue processing their thoughts. My consultancy room is situated in Tunbridge Wells Kent with free parking and is accessible via bus and train.
Can you see me at work?
I do work within businesses if you have a confidential space. Alternatively, some clients like to meet in coffee shops. The choice is yours.
Can I buy a package of coaching?
Yes, I am able to provide a bespoke package of coaching that would meet your needs.

I have worked with Susie now for over 2 and half years which is probably testament in itself in terms of the value I believe Susie brings. I have worked with her as a coachee and I immediately connected with her warmth, her support but also the level of challenge she brings to our discussions. Her insight and experience enables her to quickly develop that ‘safe space’ where clients feel able to be authentic. I have learned a great deal about myself from working with Susie, insights I would otherwise not have gained and these have be of huge benefit to me both professionally and personally. As a Regional Head of HR, I have also been able to recommend Susie as a coach to a number of Partners within the firm who have also benefitted greatly from this coaching relationship. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Susie as a great source of support and inspiration.
