Working as a career coach with individuals seeking to refine their role, career and hopes for the future gives me space to be as varied in my working style as the different personalities that I work with. I am based in Tunbridge Wells but work across Kent and London. Where you live in the UK is not an issue for me as the powers of the internet mean that I can contact you face to face via Zoom.
A career coach can be a valuable asset at any stage of your career.
Whether you’re just starting out and trying to figure out what you want to do with your life, or you’re an experienced professional looking for a change, a career coach can help you assess your skills and interests, set goals, and create a plan for achieving them.
If you’re not sure where to start, or if you’re feeling stuck in a rut, career coaching can give you the clarity and direction you need to move forward.
In addition to helping you figure out what you want to do, a career coach can also provide guidance on how to improve your resume and interviewing skills, negotiate salaries, and navigate office politics. If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, career coaching is a great place to start.
Over time I have found myself coaching more executives, supporting them to live and work in successful ways. I provide a space to build a relationship of trust and discretion that is so necessary when working with those at the top.
I am known as a challenging and authentic coach, unafraid to ask the questions needed to ensure that my clients are the best they can be and addressing their coping strategies.
In the end as your career coach, it’s about me understanding you and you understanding yourself better and being able to draw more on your strengths that sometimes get depleted when working at a senior level.

You would find out more about me and I would discover more about you.
It is vital that we connect well.
How can career coaching help?
In this confidential space, you will be able to develop clarity about where you want to go.
You will be able to understand what holds you back, what limits you.
You will gain an understanding of your limiting beliefs, and assumptions that may prevent you from making the next brave move.
Career coaching will support you to look at yourself and your career from a new perspective. It will enable you to look at where you want to go with renewed vision.
You will understand the root of long-held beliefs that have kept you captive and then step into a new start.
It will uncover where these thoughts have originated and support you to create a new script for your life.
When new to a role the first 100 days can feel daunting, career coaching can provide you with the support necessary to embrace the new opportunities.
What does career coaching look like?
We will meet either virtually or in my consulting room.
We can build a bespoke coaching programme together that will support your needs.
How often will we meet?
We can meet as frequently as you require. Some people like to meet weekly or fortnightly and others once a month. It all depends on the person.
How long are the meetings?
Depending on your budget the sessions range between an hour and 90 minutes.
“Susie is an excellent performance and development coach. She is incisive and actively challenges you to look into the fundamental issues that are acting as a blocker to moving forward with your life or career. Her approach is very practical and can be readily applied to real life scenarios.”
